In early 2023, a small group of injectors gathered to support each other, network, and learn. We all agreed that our successes and failures provide the best learning opportunities. We also decided that prioritizing collaboration over competition would strengthen our industry and benefit our entire community locally and nationwide. The aesthetic injector's role in the medical aesthetics community is crucial and valued. 

There’s power in unity, and organizing and discussing critical industry issues before they develop into legislative or regulatory issues that could affect our profession is essential. Through an affiliation with AICC, you can have an impact as this community evolves from infancy into old age. Additionally, imagine learning from the best – the OGs – in the field, discussing trends and established practices intended to better the specialty, and eventually enhancing patient outcomes and safety.
